When you're eating a cherry, the absolute worst thing that can happen to you is accidentally discovering its pit mid-bite. It's an awful feeling when you're enjoying a nice bowl of cherries, and suddenly, WHAM! Your teeth come to a grinding halt because they smashed down on an unexpected rock in the middle of your delicious treat. Some people have even broken a tooth because of an awful cherry pit, and have sworn off the fruit since.

Luckily, you don't have to deal with this problem ever again, because there is a rather simple method for getting rid of those pesky pits. Watch how you can avoid breaking your teeth on a cherry pit by using simple household items.
