Watch The Heartwarming Moment When A Grandma With Dementia Is Given A Baby Doll

JANUARY 16, 2016  —  By Binny Gudjonsson

Maxine Daniel wanted to make last Christmas one to remember for her grandmother Lilly, who sadly suffers from dementia. She came up with the unusual idea of giving her loving grandma a baby doll -- a gift that's usually reserved for kids. As it turns out, it was probably the greatest thing that she could ever have given her grandma.

This might leave you reaching for a tissue, so consider yourself warned!

My Christmas gift to my lovely Nana Lilly (who sadly has dementia) was a Baby Annabelle doll. Her reaction is a joy to see and melts my heart ❤❤❤❤❤ with Corie

You never forget being a mother. It's so wonderful to see her love shine through that horrible illness, if only for a moment.
