If you've ever been the victim of a house fire, you know just how quickly it can spread.
Unfortunately for some people, there isn't enough time to escape or even react to the flames. But thanks to the quick thinking of one truck driver, nobody was hurt in this inferno.
When John Coleman was driving along a narrow road in Everton, a village in Bedfordshire, England, he noticed something very unsettling a few cars ahead. When he realized that a tractor's hay load was on fire, he followed it, hoping to alert the driver. But he didn't know that this person had decided to keep going because he was trying to save lives.
I can't believe how much it grew in only a matter of minutes.
Luckily for the people of Everton, the driver was getting the truck out of their village to avoid setting their homes ablaze. I'm so glad he succeeded. I can only imagine what would have happened if he hadn't listened to his instincts.
