Hunting, whether for sport or for food, usually ends with one or more dead animals.

Some people think hunting is unethical, but most hunters do have ethical codes. An idea that is commonly included in these codes is that of "fair chase," which is defined as the "ethical, sportsmanlike, lawful pursuit and taking of any free-ranging wild animal in a manner that does not give the hunter an improper or unfair advantage."

When a hunter came upon a deer stuck in a fence, his ethics dictated that he not shoot the young creature. Instead, he helped it.

Watch as the hunter carefully lifts the unsure deer and helps it out of a precarious situation.
